Products purchased by a customer through Museumofc.com, excluding pre-order items, may be returned within 14 days from the delivery date. Pre-order items are specially produced in the ordered size; therefore, returns or exchanges are not accepted in cases such as “incorrect sizing.”
For non-pre-order items, returns or exchanges are only accepted if the product has not lost its resale condition, is in perfect condition, and remains in its original form. All products must have their original tags attached, and their packaging must be unopened and undamaged. If the purchased product has been worn, altered, or damaged in any way, returns and exchanges will not be accepted.
In addition, items purchased at a discounted price are not eligible for return; however, exchanges are permitted.
