SHIPPING TIMES & COSTS

We have a deal that offers 14 days standart shipping through worldwide.

Our requiered payments may differentiate on the currency you wish to pay with:

You will recieve a shipment confirmation to your registered e-mail regarding the delivery details when your order reaches to the courier.

If you check the packages that you think are damaged during shipping, with the cargo officer, and if you find any damage, take a report with the cargo authority. Otherwise, you accept that the cargo company takes full responsibility after receiving the cargo.

Our courier delivers the orders from Monday to Friday within work hours. Please do take note that delivery to rural addresses  may result in longer delivery times.

TAXES AND DUTIES

Please do take note that shipments toward outside of the EU may result in customs charges and all applicable duties that occurs will be met by the customer.

Returns and Exchanges

 

RETURNS POLICY

(only security tag not removed from clothes) Any item that has been purchased on museumofc.com by a customer can be refunded within 14 days of delivery date.  To be eligible of  refund, all item has to be remained in their original condition, and their originals tags and packings needs to remain intact. Merchandise that has been damaged, used altered and worn out cannot be refunded. 

If you wish to refund a product, contact and notify us on

Please keep in mind that any costs and risks regarding to the return of the item belongs to the sender.

EXCHANGES

If you are interested in a different size, style or color, do contact us  on museum@museumofc.com to see which products are available. If the item you wish to exchange is in our warehouse, we will hold it for you. When we recieve your return, we will ship it the address of your original order.

REFUND

The goods that returned by mail to our warehouse will be inspected within 21 business days from receipt. You will recieve and e-mail when your return is complate. Refunds will be returned as the original form of payment.

Museum Of Fine Clothing has a deal that offers 21 days standart shipping through DHL /  PTS / Aramex / Yurtiçi Cargo.

We will provide you a tracking number once your parcel has shipped. The occurances of deliveries will be within work hours from Monday to Friday. ( Holidays are not included )

Orders that are placed before 2.00 PM (CEST) will be shipped within the same day.

During the sale period, the large number of orders may result in longer delivery times.

All orders are shipped with DHL /  PTS / Aramex / Yurtiçi Cargo and needs a signature once they are delivered. Generally DHL /  PTS / Aramex / Yurtiçi Cargo operates during 9 A.M to 6 P.M on business day. If you desire you can specify an alternate daytime delivery address when placing an order. For example your work address.(Which is recommended.)

We are not able to deliver to post office boxes.

TAXES AND DUTIES

The prices of products includes taxes but excludes custom duties that need to be met by the customer for your orders outside of EU. For ourders outside EU, all applicable  duties has to be met by the customer. Unfortunately we cannot provide an accurate estimated price that a customer may need to pay to duties. But your local customs may be able to provide an estimated price.

The responsibility of any actions, or costs,  or taxes, or delays  that occurs because of customs cannot be belong to Museum Of Fine Clothing which it has no control of.

 

INSURANCE

Museum of Fine Clothing insures each purchase during transit time until it reaches to it’s destination. All orders needs a signature once it is delivered, which the responsibility of the order passes to the customer. If you have specified a recipient other than yourself for delivery purposes, you also agree that a signature from the third party is enough proof of  delivery and  fulfillment of agreement by Museum of Fine Clothing.

 

ORDER STATUS

All orders that are shipped by DHL /  PTS / Aramex / Yurtiçi Cargo are fully trackable on their website. You can always contact them when you have questions about your shipment. You can refer to the ‘’orders’’ section of your account  to recieve a tracking number and  general information about the status of your order.

You don’t need to register to make purchase on Museum of Fine Clothing.
Dedicated to our customers you can also create an account to access exclusive services.
When creating your account you will be sent a confirmation e-mail to the address.
 
How to place an order?
To place an order, choose the desired color and size of the product you want to buy, and then add the product to your bag.
Before making your payment, you can change or verify your basket.
After selecting your items, complete your order by clicking ‘Checkout’

Payment method will be asked to choose and enter your shipping details.

If you received an order how will ı know?
Within several minutes of making purchase at Museumofc,you will receive an e mail confirming your order.
You will receive a second e mail with a tracking number when your order is shipped so that you can track the delivery of your package.
 
How can I cancel my order?
Please contact our Customer Service as soon as possible,if you wish to modify or cancel your order.
We cannot guarantee that your order can be changed after shipment but we will do our best to fullfill your request.

All orders are asent by UPS/DHL/PTS ,by entering your tracking number on their website you can also track your package.

However we usually sent our products within 1 bussiness day,the regular processing time is between 1-3 bussiness day.
You will receive a confirmation e mail with a track your order,once order has been sent.
For all shipments UPS is our courier,and for standard shipping you must receive your order within 7 bussiness days of placing the order.
Depending on the country,the delivery time may differ.Please note that delivery to rural addresses can be lead to longer delivery times.

How do I return or exchange an item?

Within 14 days of the delivery date you can return any item you purchased on museumofc.com
In order to be eligable for return,all products must be in their original condition,all original labels and packaging must be intact.
Worn, used, modified or damaged products will not be accepted.

How do I exchange an item?

If you are interested in a different size,color or style, please contact us museum@museumofc.com check it if the product is available by contacting the address.
If this product is in our warehouse, we will keep it for you and send it to the address from your original order as soon as we receive your return.
